I visited Subhan beach resort on the new year eve 2024. The location is one of a kind in Shrivardhan away from the hustle and bustle of the city and calm and really less crowded. The staff here is kind and helpful they even cooperate with parents if they have small babies and assist for food and milk which I think at any other resort is not that cooperative. The food is homely but there definitely is a scope of improvement. The place comes in affordable budgets but they should keep the rooms, bedsheets , toilets and comforters more clean. An exemplary service is not expected in the price they have but a decent service with good hygiene can be achieved in this budget. Over all it was a great and refreshing experience.

The place is one of a kind in Shrivardhan it is sea facing and has its own private beach where you get utmost peace and privacy. They provide good local food and the rates are pretty decent. The staff is really cooperative and kind including the owners. They just slightly need to work on cleanliness of the rooms. Otherwise it’s the best choice to make when planning a trip to Shrivardhan.

Subhan Beach Resort sits calmly in a sweet spot. The resort offers good value for money but needs some tweaking, notably in the areas of food and service. What's Good: · Perfect Spot: It's near the beach. This position brings a calming and restful mood. · Wallet-Friendly: Without AC, rooms don't cost much. Plus, rooms with AC are up for grabs. · Warm Host: The owner has a noticeable friendly air. This aids in ensuring a good stay. Possible Upgrades: · More Veggies on the Menu: Non-veg dishes receive thumbs up. But more veg dishes need to be on the menu. · Better Service: Quick responses to little things like ice or snacks could boost the service quality. So, The Subhan Beach Resort promises an affordable and comfy stay with beautiful views. A few upgrades in food and service could make it more appealing and attract more visitors. Visited on 18th November 23.

The owner, a remarkably friendly and multi-talented person, made our stay exceptionally welcoming. His warm hospitality added a personal touch to the entire visit. Situated right on the beach, the property's location is nothing short of spectacular. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying breathtaking ocean views from our room added immense value to our stay. The proximity to the beach made it convenient to unwind and take in the natural beauty of the surroundings. The staff at Subhan Beach Resort deserves was friendly and helpful. Overall, Subhan Beach Resort in Shivardhan is a nice resort for those seeking a serene beachfront retreat.
